Tanya Baeza

Tanya oversees Orennia’s financial and operational functions. With a proven track record in strategic execution, she plays a critical role in scaling the company through strong cross-functional collaboration and a commitment to building a high-performing culture. Prior to co-founding Orennia, Tanya was Senior Vice President of Finance at RS Energy Group (now Enverus), where she led the company’s financial functions, including accounting, audit, finance, treasury and tax, while spearheading several enterprise-wide initiatives. Tanya holds a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) designation and is a member of the American Institute of CPAs.
